Challenge 

  • Rapid labour mobilisation in Egypt for ICITAP. The client required a foreign local labour broker service to support operations under the US Justice Department’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) in Egypt, with endtoend provision and onsite support. 

  • Compliance and safe operations. Delivery needed to meet applicable codes/standards, and preregister workers and vehicles to maintain access to secure installations. 

  • Operating within a sensitive lawenforcement programme. Activities had to align with ICITAP’s mission of strengthening rule of law, humanrights protection, and national security through professional policing and justice systems.  

Solution 

  • Foreign Local Labor Broker Services for ICITAP (Egypt). Austability delivered a complete labour brokerage solution, including full provision of labour, onsite supervision, equipment, and materials for facilities support.  

  • Operational controls embedded. The team instituted practical controls covering compliance management, and streamlined preregistration of personnel/vehicles to reduce access friction at partner facilities.
