CEL 2025 insights: Achieving and maintaining long-term stability

A few weeks ago, senior European and US military and industry leaders – including Austability – gathered in the Polish capital, Warsaw, for the annual Combat Engineer and Logistics conference.
The event focused on NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence initiative, aiming to improve short-term preparedness and future force design.
It also looked at capability gaps and how to address them, as well as showcasing the latest advancements in defense technologies.
One of the critical insights from CEL, was the fundamental importance of resilience and mobility within operational environments – two foundational elements essential for achieving and maintaining long-term stability.
