Adaptability in the face of delivery constraints

Adaptability in the face of delivery constraints

Foreword

Remote and austere environments and limited local resources can quickly derail the delivery of operational support within the Indo-Pacific.

Austability’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Robert ‘RJ’ Jennings, unpacks these threats in our latest white paper, ”Adaptability in the face of delivery constraints: Addressing the most significant challenges facing AUKUS suppliers and operational support providers”.

This is the second in a series of white papers focusing on the unique challenges facing teams working in the Indo-Pacific region, and the important AUKUS trilateral security pact between Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

With more than 16 years of supply chain management and global operations experience, RJ details how teams can adapt to resourcing constraints and highlights the need for teams to leverage emerging technologies, forge strategic partnerships, and build diverse and capable teams.

I pay tribute to RJ for his insights and his suggestions on overcoming logistics challenges and building resilient and effective support and supply operations in the Indo-Pacific.
